In looking for sugar free options for desserts, I have found this horchata recipe that is absolutely fabulous!  I double the recipe to 6 cups of almond milk, 1/2 cup honey, 1 Tbsp vanilla, 1 Tbsp Cinnamon.

I put the ingredients in a jar and shake, shake, shake.  Then every time I open the fridge I shake again.  Lots of shaking and eventually the honey gets dissolved.  24 hrs later, yummy horchata with the cinnamon flavor all throughout the milk.  So tasty!  If you wanted to drink it immediately, you’d have to go with the saucepan way in the article as it takes a while for the flavors to meld in the fridge.

Cool recipe! I’ll have to try it!

Out of curiosity, what does it mean when a dog has a “racquetball head”? Is this an autocorrect/typo thing, or is this something cool I’ve never heard of before?

She has a head shaped like a racquetball (small unfuzzy tennis ball). Most dogs have a snout that sticks out. Hestia’s snout is totally pushed in so her head is pretty much perfectly circular like a ball, unlike a dog. I should make that clearer sometimes!
