The agoraphobia is rearing its ugly head again. I couldn’t make it out of the house to the grocery store, even with the bribe of a sugary cereal. But I don’t know if people want to hear about the down days as well as the fun adventures. Please take this poll and let me know!

Share whatever is best for YOU!! If one week you want to share only the good to help you stay positive I would love to read it, if the next it’s only harder days to help you feel heard and supported then I think that’s what you should do! This is a space for you to use in whatever way will help you the most and be best for you and you alone.
