Pumpkin pie smoothie


Here’s a healthy smoothie that tastes like pumpkin pie!

1/3 of a can of pureed pumpkin

1 frozen banana, sliced

7-8 ice cubes

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

pinch ginger

pinch allspice

2 Tbsp almond butter

1-2 Tbsp maple syrup

3/4 c almond milk

Blend and enjoy!!!
