Today we had to go get fresh fruits, veggies, and bread at Publix and pick up a prescription for Brad. I decided to put Hestia’s new hair bows in! She was SO cute with her purple hair bows on her ears and her purple galaxy vest on!
She was also a good girl in the stores. In Publix she was just about perfect! And I didn’t use any treats at all. She heeled beautifully and watched me the whole time. She also made everyone who saw her smile 🙂
We were able to get everything we wanted at Publix except for bratwurst (I got a hankering for them recently). They were almost completely out of all style of hotdog and sausage type things! There were only about six packages of hotdogs left!
Then we drove over to Harris Teeter, as we had a coupon from goodrx for Brad’s new prescription there. She pulled a little on the way out of Harris Teeter, but otherwise was really really good!
I did have a problem with the Harris Teeter pharmacy, though. The computers that the pharmacists use are very high up so they completely block their faces. This meant that I couldn’t read the person’s lips because they were hidden by the computer!
Eventually after asking her to repeat herself twice, I was able to move positions myself so that I could see half of her face and could tell what she was asking. Frustrating! If they weren’t the cheapest place to get this prescription, I wouldn’t be returning there.
