Today we went out to lunch with our friend Laurie!  We went to the new Indian restaurant in Fort Mill, Persis.  We had a great time talking, and a great time eating, too!  I got the lunch combo, which came with fried onions (in a chickpea batter, so gluten free!), and Bhindi Masala (Indian okra).  It was sooooooooooooo tasty.  Unfortunately it was all so tasty that we forgot to take pictures of the yummy food, and even forgot to get pictures of ourselves!

The lunch combo came with a dessert, which was like a warm mung-bean pudding.  I figured it couldn’t have too much sugar in it, since mung beans are pretty sweet.  So I ate it, and it was tasty!

But shorty thereafter my anxiety started to spike.  Hestia was upset she was in the back seat for the drive home, she knew I needed her.  When we got home, Hestia herded me to the couch and jumped on top of me.  I proceeded to have a panic attack.  Brad said “I told you so” about eating sugar and my panic attacks.  I guess sometimes I just need to be reminded why I have my dietary restrictions….

Anyway, I had to take a klonopin to calm down, and I took a nap before our convention planning meeting.  I was awake during it, but my brain was klonopin-ized….  Feeling better now, but boy I cannot cheat on my diet!
