Pool: moving to a new spot

This morning we had water aerobics again!  Now that the outdoor pool is open, there is a door near our old pool spot that lifeguards come in and out of.  So today we tried a different area of the pool.  On the other side, in fact.

The pool is 4 ft on the edges and I think 6 ft in the middle.  So usually the ladies stay on one side or the other.  There is very little intermingling between the two sides, it is kind of cliquish!  Funny to have to deal with that even when I’m swimming with 85 year olds!  I just stay out of it all and do my exercising.

Hestia was pretty good for her first time in a new spot.  I didn’t bring her crate or bully stick, just the mat that Chanda and I made together– it has owls on it and is green, yellow, and grey (almost the PSDP colors!).  She did bark once, but when I told her not to bark she listened.  I like the old location better, but this is definitely safer for the lifeguards, and for Hestia, too, as she could get squashed by a careless foot!
